Glencoe and Brownton Spruce Up

The 2011 season hasn’t even started and things are hopping in Glencoe and Brownton. Both organizations are making big upgrades to their parks and the surrounding areas. In Glencoe, they are changing the lights for the first time in 25 years.

Baseball Expo to be January 8, 2011

In conjunction with this the Minnesota Baseball Association Board of Directors will hold their regular January meeting at the Ramada. Meeting time is 11:00 A.M. and is open to anyone interested in amateur baseball in Minnesota.

Buddy Beier Receives Mike Downes Award

Beier started playing baseball when he was just 16 years old and played for 12 years. He started managing in 1975 and has managed for 18 years since then. He also was involved in running his town team, the Regal Eagles, for over 35 years.
